# General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website strongxshop.myshopify.com, published by STRONGX.

## Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by STRONGX.

## Article 2 - Seller Identification

## Article 3 - Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website strongxshop.myshopify.com. They are described as accurately as possible. The photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding on the seller.

## Article 4 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). STRONGX reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

## Article 5 - Order

The customer places an order online by following this process:

  • Product selection
  • Shopping cart validation
  • Customer account identification or creation
  • Validation of delivery and billing information
  • Choice of payment method
  • Final order confirmation

The sale will only be considered final after STRONGX sends the customer confirmation of acceptance of the order by email.

## Article 6 - Payment

Payment is made securely online. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods offered on the site

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will only be validated after confirmation of payment by the bank.

## Article 7 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery areas:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times are then as follows:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
  • European Union: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery costs:

  • Free delivery for all orders of €100 or more
  • For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified by email. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may request cancellation of their order and a refund of any payments made.

## Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return procedures:

  • The customer must inform STRONGX of their decision to withdraw by email to lawtoncadshetters72@gmail.com
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

## Article 9 - Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may obtain a replacement or refund of the product under the conditions provided by law.

## Article 10 - Responsibility

STRONGX cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure.

## Article 11 - Personal Data

## Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website strongxshop.myshopify.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of STRONGX. Any reproduction, use, or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

## Article 13 - Mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

## Article 14 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
